Matthew Mintzer is a managing director in the Piper Sandler restructuring group, TRS Advisors.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Mintzer was a managing director and a member of the founding team of TRS Advisors, having joined in 2018. Before that he was a member of the restructuring advisory business at Rothschild, based in New York.

Mintzer holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
